August’s life is full of broken relationships. His father, once close to him, became distant and angry after the loss of August’s mother. Every attempt to talk ends in arguments and shattered dishes, but maybe tonight they can mend their bond. Then there was Chloe, the girl he dreamed of being with in his youth. Misunderstandings kept them apart, but will she change her mind now?
Other people from August’s life also reappear. A charming childhood friend has grown into a confident woman full of energy, and August might get a chance to turn their friendship into love. Alena, a mysterious girl who once wanted to be his friend, might show him a new path. Even his best friend, Semyon, who drifted away over time, could play a part in helping August find meaning again. And through it all, August’s loyal cat is by his side, reminding him of small joys.
