THE OUTREACH allows for the control of the environment and enemies by way of a strong telekinesis system. As for the Earth animals that you are getting used to at the start of the Human Restoration Program, they’re actually all deadly creations of the Zylphi. “I’m not sure if that’s a reference to Ryan’s original telekinetic abilities or if each creature has its own telekinetic power, latitude and longevity, all for the purpose of destroying humans.” These villains can even interact with one another, resulting in surprising or comedic sequences that others might never see.
