You wake up in your basement with no memory of what happened. As you go upstairs, you see Christmas decorations and recall that it’s the holiday season. Your wife and son are out shopping, and you start preparing for the celebration. Suddenly, the doorbell rings, and you find a gift box left at your door. What could be inside this strange box.
It’s an old-school visual style mostly made from VHS graphics that gives both a nostalgic and discomforting feel to the game. It is a dark tale and suspenseful, a jolly holiday gone wrong at a very high cost. Sound effects are realistic and create a tense atmosphere, keeping you on edge throughout.
The Game takes 30 to 40 minutes to complete. There is no menu or settings, except for language options. To exit the game, press ALT+F4 or click on the painting in the starting room.
