Hooptown Hero is a fun 3v3 arcade basketball roguelike. In Hooptown, a small town full of basketball lovers, the locals gather each year for three different basketball leagues. Teams are sponsored by businesses in the town, and your quirky Uncle Bill hopes to someday sponsor a Hooptown Hero. Will this be your year to shine.
Compete in three leagues to become the city champion. Play well to earn Clutch, which powers up your Hooptown Critical Hits. You can control your teammates directly or call plays for them. Impress the crowd in shooting contests to earn Hoop Coins, which you can spend at the Hooptown General Store to upgrade your player.
Unlock new basketball moves like hook shots and equip powerful artifacts found around the town. Improve your player’s skills to become faster, stronger, or better in the game. Unlock different player positions, each with its own strengths and weaknesses. You can also spend sponsor bucks between seasons to upgrade your player permanently.
