Hell Savior is an old school styled arcade game in which the player moves up, down, left, and right to draw a magical sword line. The objective is to liberate sections of the artwork and, to progress through the levels, achieve a certain level of completion. On their journey, players must defeat various bosses and their minions, in an attempt to thwart the players. Special items scattered throughout the games are there to make it easier for them to level up.
The protagonist is the Demon King “Sod,” ruler of the Demon Kingdom. One day, an unidentified force raids the demon world and seizes most of the continent. In order to save his land, Sod will have to follow an ancient prophecy.
He embark’s on a mission to save imprisoned girls of varying races. Sod now has enough power by merging their magical power with his and fights back against the invaders and returns peace in Demon Continent.
