Archons Overview
In Archons, you simultaneously control two characters known as Archons — one with each hand. This creates a bit more of a challenge to the gameplay. In order to survive and progress, you need to make judicious use of each character skills.

You use Essence to upgrade your weapons and skills and thereby equipping you to take on tougher enemies. There, you can also lock blood runes as you progress. These special runes let you sacrifice some of your own health for bonuses in strength but of course that involves a huge risk. New bosses are waiting deeper within the game and challenging enemies to return. You’re going to have to change your tactics to make it to survive.
